1. CLEAN the area with the included primer wipe.

2. PEEL off the adhesive sheet and apply the tattoo.

3. DAMPEN the backing paper for 15 seconds.

4. REMOVE the backing paper.

Your tattoo will initially be invisible and will continue to develop over the next 24-48 hours.
