Refund Policy

LaPalette does not currently offer returns or exchanges on products based on selection error or change of mind.

In the case that your goods are faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@lapalettedesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photograph showing the damaged or incorrect items. We will gladly send you a replacement or refund your items.
